make the officers more stupid looking so after they stopped the car they actually find out its ai :p

+1 more cops will want to play, and if you tell them to go play LSPDFR, than there we are, losing LEO that we VERY much need. It will increase the amount of players that want to apply to LEO and will just increase the amount of players all together. I dont see any issue. If we want more LEO, lets give them something to do.

It's something I'd like to see for when there isn't so many people, it could be a good way to let people train and it can allso allow People to stay on the server, the more players we have the more likely it is for more people to join. 

I feel like this could bring more activity to the server and pull people in rather than push Pepe away.
